For hygiene and safety reasons, used kitchen tools or items that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund where appropriate.

Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by our error, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable delivery method, as Jnhyshi cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error, damage, or defect.

Late or Incomplete Returns

Returns requested after the eligible return period, or items that do not meet the return conditions, may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund at our discretion.
